To exchange a product, the customer will have to get in touch before the first 48 hours after receiving the product.
There will be an exchange in the following cases:
- Mistakes in the order
If the exchange is due to a mistake in the order by the client, the shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.
If the exchange is due to the company's mistake, "Beauty and Science" will withdraw the product and resend the correct one, the shipping charges will be the company's responsibility and we will pay all shipping charges (except tolls and importing taxes which are out of our control).
- Defective products
If the order is not received or it is defective (for example an item is broken), we urge the customer to take a picture and send it to us. "Beauty and Science" will proceed to repair, replace or discount the item free of charge.
You have the right to ask for a refund without justifying your decision and without any kind of penalty during the first 14 natural days after receiving the order. The refund can be requested by the customer or a third party in the name of the customer, different from the carrier. The decision has to be notified by e-mail. The product will have to be returned in the following 14 days after the notification. The order has to be returned to the original location. The customer has to take care of the shipping costs to said location. Once the returned order is received, "Beauty and Science" will proceed to the refund of the order (except the shipping costs to the customer). Refunds will not be accepted if any of the items of the order or its packaging has been opened, used or broken.
The refund of the money will be done through the same channel of payment.
"Beauty and Science" is not responsible for the improper use or application of the items sold.
